Work Terms

Communication: Via email preferred. Verbal as needed. Skype or Facetime for international.

Each potential client will be provided with a written estimate that includes:
1. Flat project fee
2. Number of revisions included
3. Projected turnaround time
Availability: As needed and as schedule permits.
Vick Tracey Private Designer is a full-time, self employed designer.

Payment:
1.Via Guru/PayPal
2. Deposits/escrow required before project can launch
3. Payment/balance of payment must be made upon completion of project before final unmarked/unlocked art files are submitted to client. *Client retains full ownership of art files upon complete payment. Vick Tracey, Private Designer features all design work in her own portfolio.
*Vick Tracey Private Designer will sign non-disclosure agreements as required. Vick Tracey Private Designer will not sign non-compete agreements which are not valid in the state of California. Vick Tracey Private Designer does NOT do comp work, under no circumstances and non-negotiable.
